Clematis Acropolis – Live Starter Plants in 2 Inch Growers Pots – Starter Plants Ready for The Garden – Bold and Beautiful Dark Pink Flowering Vine

Discover the charm of Clematis Acropolis, a compact, deciduous climber that brings a cascade of color to your garden. Ideal for small spaces, this variety reaches a modest height of 1-1.2m, making it perfect for gardeners with limited space but a desire for dramatic floral displays – bright pink blooms with a darker pink central bar and creamy-white stamens, measuring 7-10cm across that bloom early summer through late autumn. Considering its aesthetic appeal and ease of care, Clematis Acropolis is a must-have for any garden enthusiast looking to add a long-lasting splash of color to their outdoor space.

• Vibrant Palette: Each bloom showcases a radiant spectrum from bright pink to magenta, with each petal elegantly highlighted by a darker pink central bar. The contrasting creamy-white stamens stand out, creating a mesmerizing focal point.
• Extended Bloom Time: Unlike many other climbers, Clematis Acropolis delights gardeners with its long flowering period. From the warm days of early summer until the crisp air of late autumn, it remains a constant source of beauty and color.
• Perfect for Small Spaces: With its compact growth habit, reaching only 3-4 feet in height, it’s an ideal choice for those with limited space. It thrives equally well in containers as in the ground, making it versatile for urban gardens, patios, and balconies.
• Pruning and Maintenance: This variety falls into the Group 2 pruning category, meaning light pruning can be done for shaping and removing any dead or weak stems. This encourages a second flush of blooms and maintains a tidy appearance.
• Optimal Growth Conditions: For the most vigorous growth and abundant flowering, provide a position where it can enjoy full sun to light shade. Regular watering to keep the soil consistently moist is crucial, especially during dry spells. Clematis plants like their “feet” cool and “heads” in the sun.
