- Grown, packaged and shipped exclusively by Wekiva Foliage. This exquisite shrub (or dwarf tree) should be used more often, since its natural bonsai look works very well with tropical landscaping – or any other style, for that matter.
- Ming grows upright with multiple side branches that create a layered appearance. The occasional exposure of bare branches only adds to the plant’s beauty. Each one is unique. The delicate, lacy leaves cover branches that grow in odd formations like “heads” of foliage.
- The Ming aralia (Polyscias fruticosa) is one of those plants that was once popular but has since fallen from favor. True, it is a tad temperamental but no less so than other popular houseplants, and it’s such a singular, exotic plant that it’s well worth growing.
- The distinct leaves of an aralia plant can be lacy, rounded, or spinach shaped The color of the leaves can be green, white, gold, and cream. The trunks of specimen aralia plants- thick, woody, and curving, are often unique and exotic looking.
- Like most houseplants, Ming Aralia is a tropical plant, meaning it cannot survive temps below 50 F. (10 C.). In warmer climates, Ming Aralia makes an excellent outdoor shrub.
